United States v. Sheridan
Protestor refused to move back as ordered by Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino and allegedly resisted being pushed in the chest by Cmdr. Bovino. Videotape contradicted Bovino's version of the encounter and government moved to dismiss the case.
