This webinar will educate attorneys about where the legal boundaries lie and how to navigate challenging situations, empowering you to continue your advocacy with confidence. Our expert panelists will explore real-world scenarios and offer practical guidance on how to protect yourself while zealously representing your noncitizen clients.

  • Guidance on responding to enforcement actions or investigations targeting attorneys.

This program is only open to members of the criminal defense and immigration communities (this includes public defenders and court appointed counsel, private bar criminal defense lawyers, Padilla attorneys, immigration lawyers, defense investigators, mitigation specialists, paralegals, peer navigators, social workers, and other members of the criminal defense and immigration teams).
