Introducing the Inaugural National Voir Dire College
The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) proudly launches the inaugural National Voir Dire College—a first-of-its-kind, three-day immersive training dedicated to transforming the way defenders approach jury (de)selection. Designed for practitioners at every level, this intensive program centers on the art and science of deselection: identifying jurors who are unsuitable or biased against the defense case (note: this could also be “defense theory”), and developing the skill, strategy, and confidence to seat the most impartial jury possible.

Participants will learn directly from nationally recognized experts in trial advocacy who will each bring decades of courtroom experience and teaching excellence. Through a blend of dynamic lectures, demonstration-based learning, and highly focused small-group exercises, attendees will practice and refine the techniques that define exceptional voir dire.

The National Voir Dire College offers defenders a rare opportunity: three days of mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on skill-building with the country’s leading voices in jury selection. Whether you are seeking to strengthen foundational deselection skills or push your advocacy to the next level, this program is designed to elevate your practice and empower your clients.

Join us for a landmark training experience that will shape the future of defender-led jury selection.

This seminar will be limited to 66 participants.
