Want the strategic edge in jury selection? Then stop talking to the jurors you want and start talking to the jurors you want to see gone.
The Inaugural NACDL National Voir Dire College is your chance to master the most effective, trial tested approach to jury selection: Deselection.
Forget what you’ve been told about “picking” a good jury. The real power lies in knowing how to weed out the biased, the dangerous, and the unpredictable through deselection.
At this exclusive, practice-driven training, you will:
- Gain elite-level skills to identify and strike problematic jurors.
- Refine your voir dire technique to surgically expose bias
- Master the art of crafting hard questions that get honest answers
- Build a jury that can truly get to Not Guilty
- Learn tools that work in every courtroom, every time.
Led by nationally recognized experts with decades of courtroom experience and hundreds of jury trials, this training is unlike anything you have encountered before. Participants will have the benefit of:
-
Fast paced, high-impact lectures
-
Demonstration-based learning
-
Focused small-group exercises
-
Interaction with real jurors.
Space is limited to 66 participants to guarantee high-impact learning in a small-group hands-on setting. Interest is high; sign-up now before we hit capacity.
Agenda
