HB 2017 - Establishes that any person who i) operates any unmanned aircraft system equipped with a deadly weapon, other than for the military in an official capacity, or ii) operates an unmanned aircraft system with the intent to cause damage or to disrupt the flight of a manned aircraft, is guilty of a class 6 felony.
