HB 21 - Establishes that a person who commits the crime of unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure while possessing or operating an unmanned aircraft system with an attached weapon, firearm, explosive, destructive device, or ammunition is guilty of a Class C felony. View the Bill

HB 527 – Prohibits the use of an unmanned aircraft system to take photos, video, or audio of another, without that individual’s consent, in a manner that would invade that individual’s reasonable expectation of privacy. The bill would also prohibit an individual who is subject to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, or who has certain prior convictions related to theft, to operate or possess and unmanned aircraft system equipped in a manner to take photos, video, or audio.
