United States v. Sager

The Complaint alleged that Defendant jumped on the back of and attempted to strangle an ICE agent to prevent him from detaining an individual during an ICE enforcement operation. Defendant filed multiple motions for discovery and for contempt for government violating sealing order issued at time of arrest. The Court held an evidentiary hearing on April 29 and issued an order compelling most of Defendant's discovery requests, with a due date of June 10. On May 15, the Government filed a Motion to Dismiss without prejudice, which was granted without objection on May 19.
