United States v. Quintanilla-Chavez

On June 14, 2025, a team of agents sought to arrest the defendant by stopping his vehicle, believing him to be an illegal immigrant and arrested him by busting the driver's side window of the vehicle, during which process the agent who broke the window was injured. The Court granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss and the government has appealed.
