United States v. Escobar and Gutierrez

During a large protest outside a federal building in L.A., Ms. Escobar was allegedly using a marker to deface government property and allegedly spit in the face of Federal Protective Service Inspector who sought to stop her. Defendant Gutierrez then allegedly grabbed the FPS Inspector by the shoulder to prevent him from arresting Escobar and then resisted arrest, dislocating the finger of one of the offers who sought to subdue him.
