United States v. Dos Anjos Gomes

While in custody at an ICE detention center, the defendant allegedly resisted being placed in handcuffs by a guard and bit two different officers who were attempting to physically restrain the defendant. The entire incident was captured on closed circuit television, and the videotape was played at trial. The defendant was acquitted.
