Emerging Adults Online Training Series

NACDL and The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) are proud to launch a series of on-demand training modules. This virtual course is designed to equip attorneys and court professionals with the tools they need to better assist emerging adults (ages 18-25) in the justice system.

The goal of the series is to provide dynamic and interactive content that enhances your ability to support emerging adults on their journey to justice. The series includes modules on:

  • Young adult brain development
  • Needs, risks, and protective factors for young adults 
  • The behavioral health needs of young adults,
  • And more!

Each of the 5 concise modules includes 2 short videos with scenario-based learning activities to enhance real-world application. 

This course is free and open to everyone, but registration is required
