Program Summary:
This session examines how newly enacted policies such as HR1, rural development funds, immigration, and executive orders are deepening systemic inequities in access to care and increasing the criminalization of poverty and pregnancy. Experts will share tools for recognizing policy-driven harms, documenting client impacts, and communicating these developments to courts, policymakers, and the public.
