Summary:

Every one of your modern day practice marketers screams "Social media, social media Rah-Rah-Rah! Blog and Facebook, Snap and lnsta, Cis-Boom Bah." There's #LawTwitter, #AppellatelawTwitter, maybe even #WhatistruthTwitter. "Telegraph your triumphs and market them on FishBook" But who has the time?? You do. Or at least you must find it. And you must read every post, and make sure it is not angry, personal, or a breach of either confidentiality or privilege. Client's names? No way! Judge's descriptors? Uh-uh. And you must either vet each and every post for accuracy and ethical propriety or find a new day job.

Are you friends on Social Media with a judge? A DA? A Sheriff? Are you swimming into murky ethical waters or, just as bad, maybe worse, business-destroying venting? Learn the secrets from Chris Van Wagen, who considers himself a jury influencer, about using social media & broadcast media ethically and effectively without having to get to know the local ethics board.
