The outcome of your case is often determined by the comprehensive legal work, strategic moves, and effective negotiations that occur before the trial begins. The pre-trial phase is crucial, as the vast majority of cases are resolved without going to a full trial.

The CLE program will address case assessment, discovery, organization of evidence, strategic use of pre-trial motions, effective negotiation skills, and plea bargaining.  Witness and client preparation and ethical considerations will also be addressed.
