Motion to Suppress Evidence as a Result of the Tower Dump

This document from US v. Pendergrass is a motion to suppress location data evidence from a tower dump. The defense argues that people have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their cell phone location data, tower dumps are broader than tradiitonal searches because it can construct location information retrovactively, and that these searches are essentially general warrants and therefore unconstitutional.
