Amicus in Maine v. Kevin O'Donnell

In this Amicus brief, the ACLU, ACLU of Maine, and Electronic Frontier Foundation, and Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers argue that there is an expectation of privacy in a person's real time phone tracking data and thus that information is protected by the Fourth Amendment. The brief calls for the suppersion of real time cell phone tracking data in Maine v. O'Donnell.
