The Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers recognizes and remembers the extraordinary professionalism, service to justice and dedication of a great lawyer, teacher, and friend, Don Fiedler.

WHEREAS, Don Fiedler was a dedicated defense lawyer who believed deeply in the mission of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers;

WHEREAS, Don Fiedler was a passionate, innovative, and dedicated teacher of countless defense lawyers who better served their clients because of Don’s contributions;

WHEREAS, Don Fiedler distinguished himself as an articulate, committed, and passionate advocate for the rights of the indigent accused;

WHEREAS, Don Fiedler served as a beloved and distinguished member of both the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the faculty of the National Criminal Defense College;

BE IT RESOLVED this 2nd day of August, 2008 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers recognizes and remembers the extraordinary professionalism, service to justice and dedication of a great lawyer, teacher, and friend, Don Fiedler.
