United States v. Reyes and Carrillo

Two defendants, Virginia Reyes and Isai Carrillo, are charged with conspiracy to impede the operations of ICE and other immigrant enforcement agencies by communicating ICE raids to other members of an anti-ICE organization in Southern California and seeking to disrupt ICE enforcement operations from June-October 2025. They are also charged in a multi-count indictment with throwing rocks at government vehicles conducting a raid at a marijuana farm in Ventura County.
