United States v. Hopper

Hopper is one of seven cases pending in the District of Wyoming in which the defense has filed motions to dismiss based on alleged grand jury abuse that allegedly occurred in introductory remarks made to a new grand jury panel by the acting U.S. Attorney for the District. The cases present identical briefs and an identical statement of facts supported by an investigator's "Summary Statement" of an interview with one of the grand jurors.
