Transgender Incarceration in the Federal System: Policy Shifts and Legal Implications

The presenters discuss difficult challenges regarding safety and adequate mental health care that the transgender population faces in the federal prison environment, covering topics from drafting the "Presentence Reports to Medical and Mental Health Classification and Security Level analysis."
