The Ethics Advisory Committee gives you advice and counsel, alerting you to pitfalls, conflicts of interest, and potential violations of the rules of ethics and your Sixth Amendment duties. NACDL members may contact the Ethics Advisory Committee for insight and guidance on ethical issues. All requests are handled in confidence. Written opinions may be available in some situations.
