Wyoming Abortion Law Post-Dobbs

Currently, abortion is legal until viability. Wyoming’s total ban on abortion went into effect after Dobbs was decided but is not being enforced due to ongoing legal challenges. The court granted a preliminary injunction blocking the ban, which has been appealed to the Wyoming Supreme Court.
