North Carolina Abortion Law Post-Dobbs

North Carolina has a 12-week abortion ban with exceptions for the health of the pregnant person. Additionally, the state permits abortion until 20 weeks in cases of rape or incest. If the fetus has a fatal anomaly, abortion is permitted until 24 weeks.
