Montana Abortion Law Post-Dobbs

Abortion is legal until viability in Montana. In 2024, voters approved an amendment to the state constitution that included abortion in their right to privacy.  The Montana Supreme Court recently struck down several abortion restrictions, including a 20-week and telemedicine ban.
