Missouri Abortion Law Post-Dobbs

Missouri passed Amendment 3, which protects abortion access until viability. However, due to recent litigation and legislative actions, abortion is de facto banned. An injunctions in Planned Parenthood v. Missouri allows providers to offer some abortions. The state maintains statutes that impose criminal penalties for performing abortions at various stages of fetal development.
