Kansas Abortion Law Post-Dobbs
Kansas does not have any criminal abortion laws still on the books that have been enjoined or unenforced under Roe. The Kansas pre-Roe abortion ban was repealed in 1992. There are currently no other pre-Roe abortion laws still on the books in Kansas.
