Biography
Billy is admitted in Federal Court for the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, (President) Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyers Board Member, and a Member of the Holloway American Inns of Court. In the summer of 2007, Billy graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming.
