Program Summary: Mistaken eyewitness identification cases are one of the three leading causes of wrongful convictions; according to the Innocence Project's study of 325 exoneration's. 74% of wrongfully convicted cases involved mistaken identification issues. This cannot continue. In many jurisdictions, court rulings on the admissibility of identification evidence lag hopelessly behind the science. In this program, you will learn how to litigate the admissibility of identifications using the latest psychological research so you can actively work on changing the law, how to work with and cross-examine experts, and try a winning case.
