Tiffany Joslyn

Counsel for the White Collar Crime Project

Tiffany currently serves as Research Counsel for NACDL’s White Collar Crime Project. In this capacity she works directly with the Project Director on a variety of advocacy and education initiatives, including drafting white papers on emerging areas of white collar criminal law, tracking and analyzing pending legislation and regulations, and assisting with symposia and seminars. Tiffany also assists the Director with all Coalition development and activities.

Prior to joining NACDL, Tiffany served as a law clerk to the Honorable John R. Fisher of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She graduated from the George Washington University Law School with Honors in May 2007, where she co-authored the 2006-07 Van Vleck Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition Problem, won her appeal as a student attorney in the Criminal Appellate Clinic, and served as Co-President of Street Law. Tiffany was also very active in both the Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards and served as a volunteer to the District of Columbia Bar Association Lawyer Assistance Program. She graduated summa cum laude from Clark University, in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she majored in American Government and focused on Law, Ethics, and Public Policy. Tiffany is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
