Lilian Dixon-Brown is NACDL’s Engagement Specialist. Lilian manages and executes effective engagement strategies and plans for members throughout the membership lifecycle to meet annual retention goals. She builds and maintains strong relationships with members, state and local affiliate staff and leaders, and partner organization staff and leaders to facilitate engagement and retention. She also ensures that content on NACDL.org is high-quality, compelling, and current. Prior to joining NACDL, Lilian has worked in customer service and digital marketing for years in a variety of different ways, including Education, Consulting, e-commerce, Food Service and Advertising. Lilian earned her B.Sc in Mass Communications degree from Bowen University, and a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communication at Bowie State University.
