As the Fourth Amendment Center Legal Fellow, Jordan assists in advocacy and litigation efforts at the intersection of criminal defense, technology, and privacy. He comes to the NACDL after focusing on speech and surveillance issues as a legal fellow at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press. Jordan holds a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
