Carly Wolf

Carly Wolf serves as NACDL’s Manager for State Advocacy where she joins the state advocacy team in supporting NACDL’s network of state affiliates and other stakeholders to advance criminal justice reform efforts across the nation.


Prior to joining NACDL, Carly worked for NORML (The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws), providing state level political and legislative support to NORML’s state and local chapters to move evidence-based cannabis policy reform forward through state legislatures across the country, with a goal of ending the prohibition on cannabis and ensuring those who choose to consume it responsibly are treated fairly.


Carly graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Human Development.
