Please use this list of Frequently Asked Questions to help inform you of NACDL's Shipping, Refund and Return Policies and other valuable information.  If your question is not listed here you may always contact an NACDL Sales Representative at (202) 465-7661 or orders@nacdl.org.


Shipping Information

How long will it take to receive my order?

Online orders are shipped 4-5 business days from when they were placed. Standard shipping is by FedEx Ground which takes up to 5 business days within the continental United States. Order processing may vary, depending on demand, but most orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days.    

Are there options for rush shipping?

NACDL does not offer rush shipping on orders purchased through the online store at this time. If you have an urgent need, or would like to confirm if rush delivery is available via phone orders, please contact us at (202) 872-8600 for more information.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

All orders ship by FedEx so service to PO Boxes is not available.  Should you absolutely need your order sent to a P.O. Box, please contact an NACDL Sales Representative at (202) 465-7661.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available and can be selected at checkout.  Depending on your location, you may be contacted by an NACDL Sales Representative for additional information or payment related to customs requirements.

Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?

Tracking information is available upon request.  You will not automatically receive tracking information on your order when it ships.  Please contact an NACDL Sales Representative at (202) 465-7661 or orders@nacdl.org after you have placed your order to request tracking information.


Returns and Exchanges

What is NACDL's Return Policy?

Returns are not available.  All sales are final.  If you have any questions about a product please contact an NACDL Sales Representative prior to placing your order.

Can I exchange an item?

NACDL only offers exchanges on damaged or defective products.  While we strive for a high level of product quality at all times, we understand that due to manufacturing errors or shipping problems, items may need to be replaced.


CLE Credit

How do I obtain CLE credit for a self-study program?

Self-study credit is available in states that allow it and where the program has been approved.  Customers must prove they have viewed the program by submitting a CLE Verification Code to an NACDL Sales Representative.  Verification codes can be found randomly embedded in all NACDL Self-Study CLE recordings.

How do I know if an NACDL Self-Study CLE recording is approved for CLE credit in my state?

Please contact an NACDL Sales Representative for current approval information. NACDL does not apply for approval in all states that allow self-study credits. Customers may be required to pay an additional fee to have NACDL obtain approval in their state.

Can multiple attorneys obtain CLE credit from one program?

The purchase price of a self-study program includes a license for CLE credit for one individual. An additional per-person fee applies to any additional attorneys who would like to obtain credit from the program. They must be a member of the same firm or office that purchased the program. Contact an NACDL Sales Representative for a quote on CLE for multiple attorneys.
