NACDL & NCDD's 21st Annual "DWI Means Defend With Ingenuity®" Seminar, "The Rock Stars of DUI Defense" will be held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, on October 5-7, 2017.
If you are serious about being an effective DUI defense advocate, or if you’re considering adding DUI defenses to your firm’s portfolio, you need to know the latest scientific and legal strategies to optimize your success at trial. Join your nationwide colleagues in Las Vegas to learn from the best-of-the-best, and take advantage of the unique opportunity to network, mingle, and establish a reciprocal referral base with over 600 of your colleagues from around the country. There is no better opportunity to confer and learn from your peers!
This one-of-a-kind CLE program is held in the mornings only, and consists of one day of general session presentations, a second day of split tracks allowing you to select your area of focus or interest, and a third with your choice of multiple workshops for small group, intense, and focused learning in the areas you need the most help. Whether you are a seasoned criminal defense practitioner, or just getting started and needing to learn the ropes, THIS IS THE NATIONAL GATHERING YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS!
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the fourth year, NACDL is jointly holding its two highest attended and most popular CLE programs, during the same dates, at the same location. In addition to the DWI Means Defend With Ingenuity®" Seminar, NACDL's 10th Annual "Defending the Modern Drug Case" Seminar will also be held on the same October 5-7 dates at the Bellagio Hotel. While the DWI Seminar is held in the mornings, the Drug seminar is held in the afternoons only. If you are interested in attending both seminars, separate fees apply, but a discount for attending both is available. See the registration page for more details.
NACDL is an accredited provider of CLE in all states requiring mandatory CLE Training. NACDL will apply for general credit hours in every state requiring pre-approval. Approved hours for each state will be identified at the seminar. Some states, IL, GA, NC, NE, PA, TX and UT require additional fees by the attendee in order to receive credit.
