NACDL's 14th Annual Seminar "Defending the Modern Drug Case" will be held on October 13-16, 2021 at Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
From challenging the arrest and seizure to picking a jury and cross-examining police officers, defense attorneys handling drug cases must be able to construct a defense that will increase the chances of the client getting a positive result for your client.
Effective motion practice, juror selection, and storytelling have never been more important. This seminar will introduce defense counsel to techniques that have been used at recent drug trials to rebut specific claims and overcome the emotion created in today’s criminal legal system.
Join NACDL for three days in Las Vegas to learn innovative strategies and techniques by leading experts and criminal defense practitioners for defending modern drug charges. Have an arsenal of tools at the ready to win your next modern drug case.
NOTE: This Defending Modern Drug Cases Seminar is held jointly in conjunction with the "DWI Means Defend With Ingenuity" Seminar, on the same dates, at the same location. While the Drug Seminar is held in the afternoons only, the DWI seminar is held in the mornings only. If you are interested in attending both seminars, click to register for both seminars button below and receive up to a 20% discount on your total combined registration fees.
