In: Marc S. Raspanti, Douglas K. Rosenblum & Edward H. Skipton, The SEC’s New Admissions Policy Means Sometimes Having to Say You’re Sorry, The Champion, September/October 2015 at 16-20.

In preparing the article, the authors inadvertently omitted a cite to Jason Siegel’s article Admit It! Corporate Admissions of Wrongdoing in SEC Settlements: Evaluating Collateral Estoppel Effects, 103 Geo. L.J. 433 (2015). Mr. Siegel’s article provides a comprehensive account of the new SEC policy.
