Chief Financial Officer
The CFO is responsible for all financial matters of NACDL and its related Foundation. The CFO supervises the accounting and human resources operations and reports directly to the Executive Director. The CFO serves as the principal liaison with the NACDL and FCJ directors and trustees, and the respective Budget, Audit and Investment Committees. The CFO also oversees all compliance with Federal and state regulations and with government and private grants. The CFO applies Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) guidelines in maintaining accounts and preparing financial statements. The CFO is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting, maintaining sound internal controls, and monitoring monthly conformance with approved budgets.
