BE IT RESOLVED that the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers hereby endorses the following model reform legislation as representing the ideal approach for ensuring adherence to fundamental constitutional guarantees; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that NACDL will seek to advance the measures and principles embodied in the model reform legislation.
