Directs NACDL’s White Collar Crime Project, with focuses on monitoring overcriminalization, overfederalization, and erosion of mens rea, identifying attacks on the attorney-client privilege, highlighting disproportionate and inflexible sentences, tracking legislation on Capitol Hill, and monitoring federal agency initiatives. Staffs NACDL’s White Collar Crime Committee, reaches out to the white collar defense bar, and assists in the development of white collar defense-oriented programs at NACDL seminars.
