One thing is clear about the practice we call white collar crime -- it changes yearly. The issues are increasingly complex and the press coverage more intense than ever before. We are in the midst of great change, and the best way to keep-up with change and learn what to do under the law and practice as it now exists is to share our experiences with each other.

The 5th Annual Defending the White Collar Case Seminar, produced in partnership by NACDL and the Louis Stein Center for Law & Ethics, Fordham University Law School, is the nation's premiere White Collar CLE program for networking and getting the inside scoop on the biggest, most current cases we are facing today. Many of the panels will have participants from the government as well as the defense bar and the judiciary.

As an experienced white collar veteran, or someone interested in getting into white collar defense, you do not want to miss this seminar!
This year's featured presenters include:

Robert Cary - U.S. v. Theodore Stevens

Karen Patton Seymour - U.S v. Martha Stewart

Edward M. Genson - U.S. v. Rod R. Blagojevich Ira Sorkin - U.S. v. Bernard Madoff
