In it, Baez speaks candidly about the actual forensic evidence, the trial, and the process of representing a client in such a high-profile case.
About the Speaker: Jose A. Baez (Kissimmee, FL) is known throughout the country as the lawyer who represented Casey Anthony, and most recently, Gary Giordano. An experienced defense attorney, he has represented clients in the full range of felony and misdemeanor charges. He has successfully litigated a broad range of criminal cases, including drunk driving, state and federal drug trafficking cases, domestic violence, and sexual assaults. In order to more effectively cross-examine forensic experts, he finds it important to learn the science himself, that is why he has completed hundreds of hours of training dedicated to areas of forensic science such as DNA, Blood Pattern Analysis, trace recovery, forensic pathology and entomology, among others.
