On Sept. 12, NACDL joined with Miller & Chevalier Chartered to host “Who’s Watching the Watchers,” a well-attended reception and conversation about post-9/11 government surveillance tactics and wider constitutional, privacy, and national security issues. NACDL Second Vice President Barry Pollack, a partner at Miller & Chevalier, moderated the panel.
