Executive Directors rendezvous in the Big Easy
In conjunction with NACDL’s recent Fall Meeting in New Orleans, Oct. 29-Nov. 1, 2003, several executive directors of our affiliate organizations gathered at the Bienville Hotel to talk shop and exchange ideas. Those representatives in attendance were Barbara Short (TN), Virginia Kulpanowski (AR), Patricia Marcus (NY), Jennifer Carter (GA), Joseph Martinez (TX), and Cathy Ansheles (NM). NACDL’s new State Legislative and Political Affairs Consultant Stephen Saloom, Council of Affiliates Co-Chair Bill James, and I were also invited to address the attendees.
As NACDL’s newest affiliate resource, Stephen Saloom will further enhance the influence and awareness of the already bustling State Legislative Network among our affiliate lobbyists and state legislatures.
