Greater Cincinnati honors Goldberg
Richard J. Goldberg received the President’s Award from the Greater
Cincinnati Criminal Defense Lawyers Association at its September 8, 2003
meeting. The award is given annually, in honor of James Looker, to a
member attorney who has excelled in providing criminal defense
representation. Goldberg is the incoming President of the Greater
Cincinnati Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
From boot camp to Baja
Billed as a one-day boot camp for new lawyers, the Oregon Criminal
Defense Lawyers will sponsor a nuts and bolts seminar in Portland
November 8. The seminar will feature experienced lawyers tracing the
path of a case from initial client interview to the end of the case.
OCDLA’s annual Sunny Climate Seminar titled ‘Fact, Fiction and
Federalism: The Fluid Struggle Between State and Federal Powers’ will be
