Ms. Brotman is a partner in the White Collar and Government Investigations Group at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP. She concentrates her practice on white collar criminal defense, and representation of attorneys before the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Ms. Brotman’s career in criminal defense includes service as an assistant federal defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Before coming to Philadelphia, Ms. Brotman served as a law clerk to Hon. Lee P. Gagliardi, United States District Judge, Southern District of New York. Ms. Brotman is a co-chair of the ABA White Collar Sub-Committee on Tax fraud, a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal Bar Association's Criminal Law Committee, and a member of the Board of NACDL. Ms. Brotman is an adjunct professor at Widener Law School and also speaks and writes frequently on topics related to criminal defense and professional ethics.
