Gerald Lippert

Associate Executive Director for Programs

Gerald Lippert serves as the Associate Executive Director for Programs at NACDL. In this capacity, he oversees the Continuing Legal Education, Product Sales, Graphic Arts, Marketing, and Affiliate Relations departments of the organization and manages the development of marketing strategies to increase non-dues revenue, products, member resources and benefits, and promotional pieces to enhance CLE seminar attendance. Additionally, Lippert serves as the primary staff liaison to state, local, and international criminal defense lawyers’ associations affiliated with NACDL. Before joining NACDL, he served as a Legislative Assistant in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs for President William Jefferson Clinton, as a Legislative Assistant in the Democratic Policy Committee for then House Minority Leader Richard Gephardt, and as a Legislative Assistant to US Congresswoman Patsy T. Mink of Hawai’i. Lippert received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and an International Finance Degree from Pima Community College.
