Washington, DC (July  9, 2014)  – Philadelphia-based attorney Cheryl Krause was unanimously confirmed by the Senate to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Monday. She had been nominated by President Barack Obama in February. "Throughout her career, Ms. Krause has demonstrated extreme dedication to her clients, the many communities she's served, the students she has taught, and the legal professional as a whole. She has been committed to the Constitution and the principles of justice, liberty and due process that are at the core of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' mission, and indeed that of the entire bar's. On behalf of NACDL, I congratulate Cheryl on this outstanding achievement."
