

Denver, CO, Aug. 8, 1998 -- Denver, CO, attorney Larry Pozner will be sworn in as President of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers at the Association's Annual Meeting here at the Westin Hotel Aug. 8.
A well-known expert in criminal law and procedure, Pozner is a frequent guest legal analyst in print and broadcast media, including the Today Show, NBC Nightly News, Dateline NBC, The News Hour with Jim Lehrer, Geraldo Rivera and Nightline. He is also NBC News Division's legal analyst for the Oklahoma City bombing trials.
He is co-author (with Roger Dodd) of the best-selling legal treatise Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques. Informative (and entertaining), Pozner is one of America's most sought after lecturers in the field of cross-examination.
