FACDL-Miami Honors Klugh
The Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers-Miami Chapter (FACDL-Miami) recently honored Richard Klugh with the Rodney Thaxton “Against All Odds” award for his work spearheading the defense in United States v. Campa, the Cuban spy venue decision which is now being heard en banc. The award is named after the late Rodney Thaxton and is given to a criminal defense lawyer who has taken on a particularly difficult or unpopular client, and epitomizes the courage of the criminal defense lawyer to stand apart as “Liberty’s Last Champion.” For more information, please contact FACDL-Miami President David Markus at 305-379-6667 or e-mail dmarkus@markuslaw.com.
