Capital Defense Training Counsel
The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) is currently accepting proposals from individuals to serve as an independent contractor to coordinate two or more training programs for capital defense teams, using the bring-your-own-case model. This person will also provide technical assistance to teams and state grantees, and will assist in the production of at least four web-based training programs. The project is supported by a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
