Resolution of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Concerning Life Members in Arrears

The Board of Directors hereby authorizes staff to suspend the membership of any life member who remains in arrears for a period in excess of two years. Any such member may reactivate their membership by completing the payment of the arrearage, or arranging payment terms with NACDL staff.
